How to Heal a Leaky Gut
Healing leaky gut is essential to restoring healthy gut function and in cases of autoimmunity, is critical to help reverse disease.
Some of the top ways to help strengthen the gut barrier are:

One word of caution around probiotics; they are great and have been studied to strengthen gut integrity but I like to include them once the gut membranes have been healed. No point in adding more gut bugs if there are still holes in the ship. Once the ship (gut membrane) has been healed than you can start more aggressive probiotic supplementation.
